
About Us...

In 2010 at the suggestion of my late father, Francis Wakeman Jr. or better know to the community as Stub, suggested I attend culinary school after my chosen career in management came to a stall. I took his advice and enrolled in culinary school at the Institute for Culinary Arts in Omaha, NE. Two years later I left with a degree in Culinary Arts and Management and a certificate in Baking and Pastry. Life has been savory sweet ever since.
